Known issue.  If this didn't fail translation (right now, because of
MemoryError), it would show the two failures in test_subprocess.  There is more
generally a number of cpython tests that fail on Windows (but less than at the
previous release), and we didn't investigate it all.  If you want to help, you
can try to figure out why we get these failures.
