Im afraid there are no .pyd-files in site-packages itself, only the mongo egg
folder contains one:

D:\pypy-1.9\site-packages\pymongo-2.2-py2.7-win32.egg\pymongo:
_cmessage.pyd

Im not sure that I can help you troubleshoot that, as I dont know how to compile
myself from inside windows.
