Indeed, the README file should be updated and contain an explicit mapping of
versions --- e.g. that you need jitviewer at the release-0.1 tag to work with
PyPy 1.8.  I would also recommend to follow the version numbers of PyPy, e.g.
call the next one release-1.9 instead of release-0.2.
