[pypy-issue] [issue1186] threading.stack_size() doesn't work for big sizes of stack

New submission from Roman Vorushin <roman.vorushin at gmail.com>:

In the attached file I set threading.stack_size() to 64M and then create new
thread with a deep recursive call. CPython works nice, but PyPy 1.9 fail
(segmentation fault).

This is the only bug that keeps me from persuading codeforces.com guys to accept
pypy as a substitute of CPython for judging Python-written solutions for
programming contests.

Unfortunately, recursion of this size (roughly up to 10 ** 5) is usual for this
kind of contests. CPython works nice with big stacks, but it's not fast enough
for some of problems.
