[pypy-issue] [issue1085] cpyext: PyString_AsString() returns bogus results for non-bytes input

Amaury told me in IRC that it segfaults on his machine, so it appears this
depends on OS, PyPy version, phase of the moon, etc.  FWIW I can't make the test
fail on x86 Ubuntu with PyPy 1.8.  When I get to a box where it segfaults, I'll
add a fix.
