[pypy-issue] [issue1286] ioctl fails on int arguments

I can't reproduce the test fail even when closing the three standard streams,
and the implementation of pty.fork() (from lib-python) seems solid enough.
pty.fork() also works well under pypy here, because the test didn't work when I
simply used openpty. ioctl doesn't seem broken, my own program exercices it
quite a lot with all supported kinds of arguments. This test didn't run on the
buildbot before, so the other option is that the test is broken in some way that
only appears on the buildbot. Appart from the attached tweak… I've got nothing.
