[pypy-issue] [issue1251] distutil but in pypy when installing Limnoria

There is a pypy but when installing Limnoria.
I don't know where pypy fail, but it's failing and it's not the fault of Limnoria.

How to reproduce : 
Pypy on ubuntu precise installed via apt-get
git clone http://github.com/ProgVal/Limnoria
cd Limnoria
sudo pypy setup.py install
cat src/version.py
cat /usr/local/lib/pypy2.7/dist-packages/supybot/version.py
