This happens on PyPy:

    Python 2.7.3 (480845e6b1dd, Jul 31 2013, 09:10:30)
    [PyPy 2.1.0 with MSC v.1500 32 bit] on win32
    Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
    And now for something completely different: ``not incredibly elegant, but 
    >>>> type.__dict__['__dict__'].__objclass__
    Traceback (most recent call last):
      File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
    AttributeError: generic property has no __objclass__

While this happens on Python 2.7:

    Python 2.7.4 (default, Apr  6 2013, 19:55:15) [MSC v.1500 64 bit (AMD64)] on 
    Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
    >>> type.__dict__['__dict__'].__objclass__
    <type 'type'>
