[pypy-issue] [issue1387] imp module no attribute IMP_HOOK type

IMP_HOOK is (internally) supported by pypy, see module/imp/importing.py
It's just a matter of exporting it in module/imp/__init__.py
(SEARCH_ERROR as well)
