[pypy-issue] [issue1508] PyPy 2.0 does not respect default encoding

Attached x.py and (maybe in the next comment) test session, where x.py fails
under pypy 2.0 and passed under cpython 2.7. This also fails when run under
gunicorn that is managed by supervisord.
