[pypy-issue] [issue1614] creating a continulet is slow

It's too late to make continulets lazy.  The problem is that it's a behavior
that we cannot change: it changes the place in the stack which is where the
continulet will start.  It would break e.g. the example listed in
https://pypy.readthedocs.org/en/latest/stackless.html#recursion-depth-limit .

I'm unsure I understand why you need to create a large number of continulets
without switching to them, but I'm glad you found a workaround.
