Reproduced on Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit with PyPy 2.2.1. If some packages fail to
install,
I can find out what ubuntu packages do they need (or you can just skip them - I
dont think that any specific packages is causing the bug). The key here seems to be
the use of pypi mirrors - without them all installs fine.

virtualenv issue1694 -p ~/pypy-2.2.1-linux64/bin/pypy
source issue1694/bin/activate
pip install -U pip==1.4.1
pip install -U distribute>=0.6.28
pip install -I -r req.txt -i http://pypi.chtd.ru/ --extra-index-
url=http://pypi.python.org/simple/ --extra-index-
url=http://d.pypi.python.org/simple/

This fails rather reliably (although at random places), like this:

Downloading/unpacking jinja2==2.6 (from honcho==0.4.0->-r req.txt (line 5))
RPython traceback:
  ...
Fatal RPython error: KeyError
Aborted (core dumped)

Python 2.7.3 (87aa9de10f9c, Nov 24 2013, 18:48:13)
[PyPy 2.2.1 with GCC 4.6.3] on linux2

downloaded from https://bitbucket.org/pypy/pypy/downloads/pypy-2.2.1-
linux64.tar.bz2
