To be honest, i don't see any good syntax for that (I mean that current 
one is not good as well), so I can basically agree to anything. What I 
would like to have is the ability for a reporter to distinguish what's 
that (hence Skipped exception should carry a bit more info than just 
message).

So for me, whatever.
