[pytest-dev] Question about silencing pytest xdist plugin reporting

the pytest-xdist plugin could probably act on "config.option.verbosity"
which is a number that increases with "-v" and decreases with "-q".
Maybe consider a pull request as i don't think you can easily tweak
things through hooks or config options without changing some code.
