[pytest-dev] Remove invocation fixtures from 3.0?

Thanks for all the debugging and all the other great work you do to
get 3.0 out! :)

I agree with the other Flori.* people :D

I guess it's better to take them out and reintroduce them in 3.1 with
the rough edges smoothened out than breaking stuff now.
