[pytest-dev] Request to bundle Pytest-finer-verdicts as a default plugin with pytest

Transfering sounds like a good idea, though you don't follow the
requirements from [1] yet (having a tox.ini and long description in
setup.py).

Changing the default behaviour of what failure/error means seems like
a bad idea, both from the perspective of people's exceptions and the
backwards compatibility break it'll be.
