Ok. Some other discussion on PEP 3107 (attribute annotations)
clearly should follow suit, and be a seperate PEP from python-ideas.

One last issue: interoperability came up again. This issue came up
before in a rather long thread starting here:

I'm going to see if resolution can't be reached on python-ideas as  
well, to
avoid huge threads here. Then the PEP will be ready for pronouncement.
