[Python-africa] Anyone in Zanzibar?

I just arrived back from PyCon Namibia which was a good success! 
Congratulations to the organisers.

Some of us are trying to determine if there is a bit of a Python 
community in Zanzibar or Dar Es Salaam... is there anyone on this list 
from there? Or who have Python-contacts there?
