Python for OpenVMS

I have no connection with this project, apart from enthusiasm.  I'm
posting this notice only because the project aparts to have the
marketing effectiveness the world has come to expect of DEC.  I
haven't even yet taken the minimal step of contacting the maintainer,
which I'm doing just now.
