MacPython 2.2.2 is available

MacPython 2.2.2 is available via 
<http://www.cwi.nl/~jack/macpython.html>.

This release should be fully backward compatible to 2.2.1 (and 
2.2). Aside from the 120 or so machine-independent bug fixes 
there are two important Mac-specific fixes:
- MacPython now installs and runs on Jaguar (Mac OS X 10.2)
- the occasional refusal of Python to run (showing only a 
<<terminated>> window) has been fixed.
