ANNOUNCE: PySMS

I would like to announce the release of PySMS version 0.1.0

PySMS is a package to interface to a mobile phone, allowing SMS messages to
be sent and received. It includes an XML-RPC server, allowing the resource
to be shared across a network, and a message-response mechanism, which
allows an automatic response to messages to be crafted.

A simple SMS-to-email example is included.
