ANN: PyDev 0.9.0 released

Hi All,

PyDev - Python IDE (Python development enviroment for Eclipse) version 
0.9.0 has just been released.

This release supports python 2.4 and has PyLint 0.6 integrated.
Code completion had some improvements too.
