Hi all,

I'm happy to announce the release of Sphinx 1.0.4, a bug-fix release
in the 1.0 series fixing a showstopper bug with local intersphinx
inventories on Windows.

documentation for Python projects (or other documents consisting of
multiple reStructuredText source files).
