* Support for Python 2.6 and 2.7 running on cygwin

* Show perspectives key bindings in Load Perspective sub-menu
* Fix several color-related regressions
* Fix extract refactoring when toplevel source is indented
* Return focus to editor after refactoring operations
* 6 other bug fixes and minor improvements
