ANN: grc 1.11.3 released

This is generic colouriser, version 1.11.3


grc is a colouriser configured by regular expressions, including
a simple command line wrapper for some commonly used unix commands.


Notable changes in this version:
  - add several configuration files
  - --colour=auto is now the default (colourize only if the output is a tty)
