Leo is an IDE, outliner and PIM, as described [here](

**The highlights of Leo 5.8**

- Much faster file-read code.
- Leo no longer caches file contents. Removed --no-cache!
- Leo using ElementTree instead of sax to read .leo files.
- Refactored and improved Leo's key-handling code.
- Improved Leo's outline drawing code.
- The usual minor bug fixes.
