Yes.  ;-)  Those are not questions that can be answered in a vacuum; the
whole point is that each person's needs are different.  Moreover,
building a support network takes effort, and the kinds of support readily
available to you is doubtless different from mine, and it may well be
worth trading off some quality in the network for a larger network or
less time/energy spent building your network.
