Summary: Python 2.0 regression fails on test_pyexpat.

Details: Regression fails on test_pyexpat with the following message:

test test_pyexpat failed -- Writing: "('xml=http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace\\014external_entity', None, 'entity.file', None)", expected: "('http://www.python.org/namespace=http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace\\014external_entity'"

This is on Python 2.0 final with expat 1.2 both compiled on Solaris 7 x86 with SunPro 4.2.

This appears to be an incompatibility between expat 1.1 and expat 1.2. I don't know which one is correct, though.

Python 2.0 just works with Expat 1.1. Expat 1.2 is not 100% backwards compatible. I don't think version skews count as bugs.
