Summary: Module Index Links don't work.

Details: Thank you for getting the Module Index back so quickly but now I notice that none of the Module Index links work in the Ref Manual. I click but nothing happens.

You didn't state what browser you were using, or whether you were using the online version of a local copy.  They work for me; please confirm the behavior and send more information if you think we should re-open this bug report.
