Find the encoutered problem when we are running python interactively with the following commands

>>> from Tkinter import *
>>> root=Tk()
Traceback (innermost last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in ?
  File "/usr/local/lib/python1.5/lib-tk/Tkinter.py", line 886, in __init__
    self.tk = _tkinter.create(screenName, baseName, className)
TclError: Can't find a usable init.tcl in the following directories: 
We have compile python on SUN ULTRA 60 - Solaris 2.6 with GCC using the building and installing commndes 
found in the book Python and Tkinter
Please send me a mail as soon as possible

This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly.

Most likely, the Tcl installation on this machine does not work. Unfortunately,
there is no indication as to how Tcl was installed, or what version of Tcl was installed. Neither did the submitter leave any contact information, so it will be
impossible to reproduce the problem or analyze it further.
