Summary: imaplib.py test code does not work with 

Initial Comment:
The test code at the end of the imaplib module 
contains a test message that uses NL as line 
terminators, instead of the IMAP4-mandated CRNL
standard. As a result, the test code will not work 
with input sensitive IMAP4 servers, such as `NTmail'.
