Summary: Expose tk_chooseDirectory in tkFileDialo

Initial Comment:
Tk now provides a directory chooser dialog
(tk_chooseDirectory) in addition to the file save and
open dialogs. It would be nice to expose it in
tkFileDialog. This was suggested in comp.lang.python
