Summary: no docs for pydoc

Initial Comment:
The pydoc.py module lacks an entry in the Python 
Library Reference. There's no mention of pydoc 
anywhere else in the standard documentation (Doc/ dir) 
either.

Ping has contributed (preliminary) documentation for pydoc
as patch #494622.  This has been checked in for Python 2.2.
