Summary: CDROM module woefully out of date
Initial Comment:
[please CC 125785@bugs.debian.org on replies, bug
reported at http://bugs.debian.org/125785 ]
CDROM.py
The above-referenced file apparently predates the
Linux 2.2 kernel; it
omits the defines required for the uniform CD-ROM
driver ioctls, which
are useful for detecting whether a CD is in the drive
and for other
various and sundry tasks.

Fixed in CDROM.py 1.2 (generated from Linux 2.2.4).
