says to get link-flags like this:

>>> import distutils.sysconfig
>>> distutils.sysconfig.LINKFORSHARED 
'-Xlinker -export-dynamic'

But this does not work. The following line worked, although I'm not sure if
it is Correct.

>>> distutils.sysconfig.get_config_vars()['LINKFORSHARED']
