Summary: 2.1a1: lib-tk not in sys.path: import fails

Details: 
"import Tkinter" fails on the new 2.1a1 build.

The new setup.py script correctly finds the 
libraries and builds it automatically, but 
lib-tk is no longer put into sys.path as it
was in 2.0.
