I'm not really sure who *should* be writing the section
on Unicode literals, but it needs to be done sooner
rather than later.
This is section 2.4.3 in the language reference,
"Unicode literals," in Doc/ref/ref2.tex.

OK, the "String literals" section already takes care of most of the discussion of both raw and Unicode strings, but the grammar productions don't accomodate any use of prefixes for strings. That needs to be added. The unnecessary section 2.4.3 is removed in Doc/ref/ref2.tex revision 1.28.
