Summary: Use absolut paths when importing PYDs

Initial Comment:
As discussed on python-dev:

Windows 95 has a problem with importing PYD files using
relative file names. The fix is easy and Mark Hammond
already provided a patch for this.

I just added the bug report so that the bug and its fix
don't get lost.
