Summary: socket.inet_aton() incorrect results.

socket.inet_aton("1.2.3.8") gives '\x01\x02\x03\x08'
socket.inet_aton("1.2.3.9") gives '\x01\x02\x03\t'

It seems I just misread the function spec, and thought it was supposed to return an integer, whereas the docs clearly say 'string four characters in length'.

So.. nevermind! <grin>.
