Summary: DLINCLDIR defined incorrectly

Initial Comment:
On my Linux system (vanilla Mandrake 8.0),
.../Python/Makefile winds up defining DLINCLDIR as

    DLINCLDIR=	/

While it should should be fairly innocuous, it can't
possibly be correct.  If it's going to default to
something, I suggest it default to "." instead (see
configure.in).
