Summary: email test external dependencies

Initial Comment:
The email package test depends on audiotest.au which
comes as part of Python's test suite.  This can fail
for standalone email on some systems that don't package
the test suite with their "non-devel" Python packages.

email/test/data should include a simple, small audio file.
