Summary: compile of _randommodule.c fails on cygwin

Initial Comment:
Compilation of Modules/_randommodule.c fails with 
Python CVS.  I attached the errors gcc raises.  I'm 
using gcc 3.2 on Cygwin, DLL version 1.3.17.

There's no uploaded file!  You have to check the
checkbox labeled "Check to Upload & Attach File"
when you upload a file.

Please try again.
