Summary: Python 2.1.2c1 missing a bugfix

Initial Comment:
There was a change made recently to importdl.c to
correct a bug that happens when extensions defined in a
package try to import another extension.  The bugfix is
not in Python 2.1.2c1.  See patch #471839.
