Initial Comment:
In telnetlib.py, in function process_rawq() the display
of IAC mode options in debug mode isn't right:
Actually:
...
self.msg('IAC %s %d', c == DO and 'DO' or 'DONT', ord(c))
...
self.msg('IAC %s %d', c == WILL and 'WILL' or 'WONT',
ord(c))

Should be:
...
self.msg('IAC %s %d', c == DO and 'DO' or 'DONT', ord(opt))
...
self.msg('IAC %s %d', c == WILL and 'WILL' or 'WONT',
ord(opt))
...
