Summary: ICGlue byte alignment issue

Initial Comment:
When using IC to read the Internet Configuration data (from Internet Control Panel), the type and creator codes appear to be misaligned.

For example, with the JPG entry, I receive back:

"EGog" & "le  ", instead of the proper: "JPEG" &"ogle" entries.....
