Summary: HeaderParseError: no newline

Initial Comment:
This is for email 2.4.3.

When trying to parse a message which lacks
a newline separating the header and body,
email throws a HeaderParseError:

email.Errors.HeaderParseError: Not a header, not a
continuation: ``foobar.''

However, the rfc822 package is able to correctly
parse such a message into separate header and
body portions.

Ok, under lax parsing, I think it's fine for the first
non-header line to be interpreted as a body line.

I seem to remember problems with rfc822 in this regard, so
it makes me a little nervous, but I can't remember the
details. I guess we'll find out!
