Summary: broken link in html reference manual

Initial Comment:
Debian report #161907
(seen as well at
http://www.python.org/doc/current/ref/exceptions.html)

Hello,

I found a broken link in the HTML version of the Python
Reference Manual. The page at

file:///usr/share/doc/python2.2/html/ref/exceptions.html

contains (near the bottom, the label is "7.4") a link to

file:///usr/share/doc/python2.2/html/ref/node86.html#try

This file does not exist. The correct name seems to be
"try.html".

I hope this helps,
Jochen

Closing since this is a duplicate, as Neal says.

Neal: I suspect there's a problem in the way we do file
renaming in Doc/tools/node2label.pl, but it's nothing
obvious (I've looked for this one a few times). That script
relies on some data structures that get saved by latex2html;
I don't think it's too hard to see how those structures are
laid out. Start by running make in the Doc/ directory; when
that completes all the relevant intermediate files should be
present. The node2label.pl script will tell you which files
to look at ("labels.pl" or "intlabels.pl"; don't remember
which offhand).

This is a duplicate of 217195 - http://python.org/sf/217195.
Fred, it appears the ref is fine in the .tex, is there some
place I could look to fix this problem? I don't know how to
build the docs at all.
