Summary: Have PythonLauncher use #! line

Initial Comment:
As discussed on the mailing list, it would be great it
the PythonLauncher applet had a preference:

Honour #! lines in scripts

That way, one could have different versions of Python
on a machine, and any script could have an appropriate
#! line, and it would get launched with the correct
python.
