Initial Comment:
Some of the .dsp (DevStudio Project) files  in the
source .tgz for Python 2.3b2 have unix line endings
instead of dos.  "_csv.dsp" is one such file.  This
causes DevStudio to fail to load them correctly, and
prevents those modules from beign built.  Running
unix2dos the .dsp files fixed the problem.

I may have noticed this where others didn't because I
unpacked the .tgz on a linux file server and then
compiled on a WinXP client.
