Python: 2.3c2

The last line of Tools/faqwiz/faqw.py prints timing
statistics *after* the end of the output as indicated
by the </html>.  This line would be better kept
commented out in the distribution.

Note that, as of 2.3c2, the FAQ Wizard does not work
at all (see bug number 777659).

Thanks for the report.  It's a bit late in the 2.3 release cycle to fix
this now.  I'll simply remove it for 2.3.1.
